App crashes
This app is unreliable and frequently crashes, forcing me to use a computer to complete tasks. The “try again later” message is a common occurrence. While I appreciate Turkish Airlines’ inflight service, this app makes managing my travel frustrating.
Seat reservation drop
I paid more for seats reservation but it was cancelled after a flight time change.

App is not working
Since last update app completely stop working, freezes at launch. Tried to remove and install nothing works
The best flight management experience
Managing personal and family reservations on Turkish Airlines is so incredibly better than other experiences I’ve had that it makes me wonder why I didn’t switch to Turkish Airlines before (I’ve been flying internationally because of my job for several decades now). Not to speak of flying itself - we love the “and dear children” of its flight announcements.

The app is crashing when you try to open it. Mean in iPhone and iPad. Same problem.
