Ridiculously useless
Asking for a visa on a connection flight from one city to another in Turkey. Asking for a Schengen visa to The UK!
Couldnt sign up as a member
Complete disaster of an app. Would not allow entry into some sign up fields like nationality and language so couldnt get past that sign up page.
Unfortunate disappointment
iPhone 15 Plus - Can’t pay for flights, log in Shop&Miles or top up TK wallet. When topping up, my money leaves my bank account, but the app shows an error message. Money refunded after about an hour. When paying for flight after entering all card details, the screen turns up blank, with buttons asking me to go back. Reddit has threads explaining how activating Shop&Miles is a journey of discoveries and disclosures via email. Flight search feature stable. The interface is easy enough. However, only ETD and ETA were shown. I might have missed something but I couldn’t find a way to see the entire itinerary without going into Skyscanner to check.
