I like the convenience interface. It is easy to use
App full of bugs
Claiming Star Alliance miles from the app is not possible (once again!) as the app doesn’t allow seat number entry but the form necessitates entering seat number to claim missing miles. I contacted the real time help line and all they did was to sent me a feedback form link. Similar to the seat entry line on the app, the form password entry line also doesn’t work! Once in every four times o see some sort of bug in this app. It’s very poorly maintained.
App js absolutely useless!!!!!
Whenever you need to check in or try to pay for services it never works . For such a big company that’s an ongoing problem to be solved .
MO of drug dealers
This was an ok app but now it doesn’t work on my 2 iPhone 6s. Claims to need IOS 12.0 to work. I have IOS 12.5. Why would I need to buy a new iPhone(s) to use this? Thought we were moving to a greener society? Drug dealers give out freebies and then they have their hooks in you.
Broken mileage claim form
The functionality to claim missing miles to your Miles & More account from a Star Alliance airline is broken in the app. It doesn’t let you input the required seat number field or accept the terms and conditions.

One of the best airline apps in the sky. Very intuitive and easy to use and lots of features!!
