Delivery is more than 1 week late, have not received the goods. People need to deliver goods urgently, so they choose ups but their business is so boring. I can't contact the company, I can't register in the app and can't log in.

My parcel has arrived in the phils on the 3rd of Aug. and been released by the customs on the same day. But until now it only shows that the parcel is still at their warehouse in pampanga. I even called their hotline and the operator said that she'll ask the person in charge to prioritize my parcel and send it to Air21 for delivery. But until now, the only update on the app is 'warehouse scanned' in pampanga. No messages nor instructions whatsoever. We need the items ASAP! !!!!!! Please do something about your snail-ish service!

회원가입좀 개편시켜라 되는게 없어 다시 첨부터 하라 그러고 첨부터 했더니 메일링크타서 해야한다하고 메일링크타고했더니 가입란이 먹히지 않고 시간만 1시간정도 날려먹었네 정말

Only thing that works in the app is tracking. Every other thing you click on gives you an error message. Been trying to add driver directions for well over a year since the drivers can’t even read a sign with directions. Was hoping they’d notice it in the app or maybe they’re handheld is in multiple languages. Not every company gives the option to pay extra to use a more reliable carrier like F*dEx or US Post to avoid the hassles of dealing with a cut rate shipping company. Stuck with them I guess.

UPS couldn’t deliver my package and they returned without contacting me to inform me that the address is incorrect tho my address is correct Anyway they couldn’t even send a text message or whatever to let me know they just send it back that’s stupid 👎👎👎👎

The question is: If u respect your customers why I have your app and your app doesn’t have an option with alert when delivery man lives his truck to my door? Why I have to wait all day long in the house? Can I be on the back yard? Why I don’t see where the ups truck is? In usps I see it!
