Similar to the cognitive distortions page. Also would be really nice if you could add graphing historical data
This app is exactly what I wanted but is missing one thing: Mood Tracking! I would love to be able to see things getting better. It would help give a sense of control in contrast to the other logging. Not just a happiness scale, but a wider range of emotions too. I.e. Content. Anxious. Angry. Upset. Optimistic. Etc!
I’m really loving the app so far, especially the ability to reflect upon what biases might be changing your perception. Only thing is that you can only choose one, and at least for me I often struggle because there can be multiple at play. It would be nice to be able to select a couple Otherwise great app, it’s really helping me, thanks!
Needs some polish. And some updating. Last update was in 2015
A fantastic tool to monitor my levels of anxiety and worry as I have panic and anxiety attacks. There's pie charts to show you how much worry tends to center on a particular issue, how long it lasted, what the outcome was and if it was as bad as you anticipated. It's very useful and worth a download! I just wish they made one to track depression and depressive episodes as well.
I really see how effective this app is, except for the recorded mechanical voice for meditations, breathing and coping. A real voice would make it so much better. The current voice makes that portion of the app unusable to me.
I used to use this app and it was perfect for what I needed. Very simple and I could see the logs easily. I liked it so much I even purchased it. But then they changed it to this new interface and now I don’t even use it anymore. It has way too many other things like meditation and breathing that I can get with other apps. They tried to put too much into this app when it wasn’t necessary. I just needed something to track my worries. Developers if you read this, please consider switching it back to the old interface. Thank you!
This app used to be great, but now you need to buy a subscription in order to do anything. You can’t even track your mood anymore. I bought the app years ago, so I don’t know if it still costs money or not, but it feels dumb that I bought the app and am supposed to also buy a subscription in order to do essentially anything on the app.
Should you put the feeling some where else he cause I didn’t see I t it there
