Meditating, breathing, coping needs real voice

JoyfulSmiles on

I really see how effective this app is, except for the recorded mechanical voice for meditations, breathing and coping. A real voice would make it so much better. The current voice makes that portion of the app unusable to me.

I don’t use anymore

fuvdtvh on

I used to use this app and it was perfect for what I needed. Very simple and I could see the logs easily. I liked it so much I even purchased it. But then they changed it to this new interface and now I don’t even use it anymore. It has way too many other things like meditation and breathing that I can get with other apps. They tried to put too much into this app when it wasn’t necessary. I just needed something to track my worries. Developers if you read this, please consider switching it back to the old interface. Thank you!

Used to be great

Przy1 on

This app used to be great, but now you need to buy a subscription in order to do anything. You can’t even track your mood anymore. I bought the app years ago, so I don’t know if it still costs money or not, but it feels dumb that I bought the app and am supposed to also buy a subscription in order to do essentially anything on the app.

Very good but one problem

Bugs found but quickly fixed

Good app. Tools for dealing with anxiety and logging work together.

Panic Disorder and PTSD

Ash Conaway on

I have suffered panic attacks for longer than I can remember. This app helps not only track them for therapy use, but offer interactive questions and prompts to address that anxiety. I was finally diagnosed with PTSD three months ago, which have caused the panic attacks to significantly increase. I found this app by pure chance, but already extremely happy with it. Thank you.

✨👌

I’m sure I have undiagnosed OCD. I have thoughts that make it hard to even enjoy my daily life. This really helped me become more self reflective and made it a bit easier for now. ✨✨👍

Refund

BOD20 on

I accidentally got this app. Could I get a refund

Good app overall

2121222customer on

It’s a pretty good app. I like that you can’t create an account so they’re not storing your data anywhere (hopefully) and it’s securely. My one qualm is that when you go to look at all of your worries, they’re cut off so you can’t see the whole thing. An update from a while ago got rid of the ability to see the full title of your worry without clicking on it. I’m hoping they will add this feature back in a future update, it makes it difficult to see everything at a glance and would be such an easy fix.
