Being charged unlawfully - low quality service

I have continuously been being charged for my ordered taxis as the captains set arrival to my pick up location before being in the set location by my order. This behaviour starts my ride over the standard 10AED every time to 13-18 AED before actually initiating my payed ride. For this reason between a few others equally unacceptable from part of this service I place this review, specifically with its taxi section, CAREEM is not able to keep their Captains in line.

can't allow location on iPhone 13pro max. Doesn't appear on the list of features it uses..

Very bad service!

Very very very disappointed. Blackmailers

Worst app ever

Crashes all the time, no support, they dont even reply to your messages, cannot reset your password. Works for a day then you get the message “ we found a problem with your account, text support” you text them - no answer!!!

Lost credit

The app does not allow you to change your password! So once you forget your password you loose the credit you have provided

لا ادعو احد لاستعمال هذا التطبيق استغلالي جدا ويسحبون الاموال بطريقة غير اخلاقية وادعوكم لاستعمال اوبر فهو آمن ومريح
