Ridiculous customer service
Customer service is not able to respond to questions and apart from the template and questions are not being answered for a week top.
Not working
Doesn’t allow to enter destination
Do not trust this app, not reliable company
Driver never arrived to the pick up spot and the customer service is not willing to help with the refund! They do not care about the customer, just want to take you money… thats it
Perfect
Practical, easy to use
I paid the taxi fee in cash
But the driver didn t record that in the system so i can t use this app more Shame
be aware they stole your money
this awful app deducted a bunch of money from me completely wrongfully.
Multiple menus not working
The get help with this ride and many other buttons lead to ordering a taxi insteasd of the expected menus. Today I got charged for a ride that i never did (I’m also in another country far away without using this app). And due to the bad application I cant ask my money back from that unwanted payment.
Amazing app
I love using Careem in uae , food delivery or taxi services. Always fast and friendly.
