Hello, I can’t give you any reviews nor full stars yet. It’s so hard to sign up from my country (Indonesia). The OTP that should be received via SMS/call just never came. Is it your policy that users can’t sign up using their own country’s number? Any advice on how to work this out? Because there’s no other way of verification (email, whatsapp, etc). Thanks.

I have an issue regarding careem plus subscription and I complained to the customer service (in app). but guess what? its been 3 days without any response at all, and still counting. You guys be careful with any subscription offered.

I had bad experience with reserve booking where I book 6 seater car ( big car ). Unfortunately when it’s arrive it’s just 4 seater .ive spoke to driver why the car only for 4 seater meanwhile the one that I’ve book was 6 seaters. The car was Nissan trail. The driver said his car is only for 4 seater and said that application was wrong. Because of that I had to left my 2 other friends to book another taxi. I’ve discussed with the Kareem chats said that this car should be for 6 seater. Anyway, this is the first time I use Kareem and I think I will back to Uber since Uber has better services compare with Kareem. For Kareem, I’m really sorry have to create this comment, I wish you will improve your services.

I am in saudi, careem Food is unavailable

Ordered food from KFC still waiting one hour no delivery yet. No CS can be contacted. And Called the KFC ,no order coming from careem. Paid for careem plus. Very disappointed
