I found that I need to pay 288 dirhams for a ride that I didn’t take and obviously the driver didn’t stop the meter after dropping me iff as I paid him cash and the problem that I am trying to reach your app since two days but no one is answering and there is no number to call you or reach you for such situations which is not professional at all
The worst
You’re the worst !!!! I’ve been waiting for my order more then 1hour ! And then I didn’t receive anything !! I claim about that and they told me that I was unreachable ! I was literally waiting in my FRONT DOOR !!!! Very shameful

I have 300 Careem points from Etisalat , I can not find them in the app Also , there is no food Only rides with high price
