Wanted to use the APP for easy handling with Taxis - 4 attempts, every single one a failure. Complete waste of time…

Scam of captains and the service line tourists take care, obviously mostly Indians driving who scam the tourist where they can the service line of Careem plus promises but still don’t refund money till today, Dubai shall be save but not if only uneducated Indian work in this company and think they can scam tourist with the rides, take care special as woman, very disrespectful asking private questions where the rider wants to go refusing to bring you to locations and refusing whatever you say as a woman, they don’t respect they’re folks in the cast system either European woman, they just try to get your money disrespectful

البرنامج ممتاز وفريق الدعم والمراجعة ممتاز يتابع الرحلات والشكاوى ويحلها مباشرة . هناك مشكلة في اللوكيشن عند وصول السائق لا يعرض مكان العميل بدقة اتمنى العمل على هذا الأمر رغم ذلك التطبيق أقيمه ٥ نجوم

Support is absolutely incompetent in solving issues with adding international cards. They just copy paste the answer that bla bla bla we accept 3 major cards. I tried to add card 5 times. It didn’t work, it also didn’t work with apple pay. I asked the support to check the issue aaaand they asked me add AED card. Well, thank you. Will just quickly fly to Dubai to open a card for your app 🤷‍♀️

Ich hatte in der App eine Kostenlose Fahrt per Gutschein. Der Fahrer ist 12 Minuten zu früh gekommen und hat mir dann erklärt, er sei jetzt zum zweiten mal hier, die gratis Fahrt sei verfallen. Ok, ärgerlich, aber ich musste zum Flughafen. Beim Flughafen stand das Taxameter auf 14,50 AED. Ich wollte dem Faher 15 Dirham geben, aber er wollte plötzlich auch die 12 Dirham von der gratis Fahrt. Da habe ich Ihm erklärt, dass ich diese 12 AED ja niemals hätte bezahlen sollen, das war ja ein Gutschein. Half alles nichts, der Fahrer wollte die Kohle. Er rundete den Betrag dann nochmals von 26,50 auf 30 Dirham auf. Mir gehts nicht um die paar Euro, aber wenn jeder Tourist so abgezogen wird, ist das einfach nur traurig. Deshalb: Nie wieder Careem.

Die App sagte 80AED und der Fahrer wollte 200AED haben, worauf hin ich ausgestiegen bin. Obwohl ich den Vorfall beim Help desk gemeldet habe, durfte ich dann noch Stornogebühren zahlen.

Unfortunately the GPS tracking is quite bad. the car randomly hovers over the map, sometimes just goes around the roundabout 10 times etc. Another thing is that many drivers ask you to come to his location even though we are the paying customer and as a tourist dont really know the way and with bad GPS tracking it is even more confusing😕

No support no reply waste of my time and money

Map zoom function is quite awful and doesn’t support a zoom which stays. If the driver is near the auto zoom aldehyde resets and that’s why you can’t follow the driver if nearby. Other apps don’t have this issue
