Careem – rides, food & more

Addresses are regularly inaccurate when I have been ordering taxis in Dubai.One of the captains charged me twice .

They said my fare would be AED 20 but blocked almost 6 times that amount The amount is still blocked Will never use this money again Terrible way to do business

The app consistently presents inaccurate travel time estimates - the drivers will have Waze / google maps running, and the Careem app will consistently show a travel time that is 10 minutes less than the actual. The interface is really clunky and slow - especially when it comes changing the functions you’re trying to use. Customer service on the other hand is great!

I don’t recommend it They asked for payment and not even use the car I cancel the order coz was wrong address and they key asked me to pay Unfortunately I end up late and got another taxi from the road This application is very difficult to use Taxi every where at the street no need this application Don’t recommend to any one you will stuck and you will be late

Horrible experience someone got hold of my account and started to order food and use careem pay. Careem couldn't stop those careem pay transfers and there was no two factor authentication process to stop this. How can someone verify my identity to use careem pay without my authorisation????? Horrible security in this app

Im having a hard time looking for restaurants that are open late at night. I shouldnt need to press and see every restaurant to find one that is open. Please add a filter that shows the shops that are still open and delivering.

Too many popups, too many missing features, very annoying to use, everything is hard to find, and charges are unpredictable
