Careem – rides, food & more

Very nice app, unfortunately it is not possible to print out pdf receipts for, for example, work reimbursement

I tried to use Careem Taxi service and it was not possible to use none of the international credit cards. Tried with debit and with credit cards, master , visa and Amex, and none of them was accepted .the message was this cards are not accepted for this app . I had to pay cash to the driver. So the only solution is to use again Uber and cancel Careem .

Horrible drivers, stinky cars, dirty, teslas are annoying, and always late or lost !!! NEVER AGAIN WITH CAREEM

The prevalence of driver scams in Marrakech is a significant concern. Attempts to contact customer service for assistance have gone unanswered, and issues remain unresolved. Without stricter regulation and oversight, the app definitely risks losing customer base.

I’ve had consistent issues with the Careem app and service. Drivers often show up in a different car than the one confirmed, and some try to scam you by asking for extra money or demanding cash payments at the drop-off. Another frustrating problem is that the destination often disappears from the app when the ride starts, and there’s no way to add it back. This has caused confusion and delays multiple times. To make matters worse, drivers sometimes don’t confirm the drop-off, leading to significantly higher charges. Overall, these issues make the service feel unreliable and untrustworthy. I hope Careem addresses these problems, but as of now, I cannot recommend this app.

Ho preso un taxi con Careem e il tassista, sapendo che il costo del taxi viene calcolato sulla base del tempo, ha preso più volte la strada sbagliata in modo da metterci molto di più. Ho comunicato la storia l’assistenza clienti che si è limitata a dire che, essendo il calcolo giusto (peccato che sia giusto sulla base di una strada volutamente sbagliata e più lunga) non è possibile fare un rimborso. I’m reaching out to you developers: is it really possible that if I need to place an order at night, I have to strain my eyes just to use your app?! Is it that difficult to implement a proper dark mode, given that the entire app has a bright white background? This issue is truly unbearable and unacceptable, especially since dark mode became standard in 2019. In five years, you still haven’t resolved this problem? Do you realize how many users are affected by this? Many users don’t even know they can provide feedback here, but I’m asking you to update the app with a dark mode as soon as possible. Otherwise, I’ll have to uninstall it and cancel my subscription. There are many solid alternatives out there. I don’t want to be forced to choose another app just because yours is uncomfortable to use at night. Please, give me a reason to stick with your app. I’ll gladly rate you 5 stars as soon as this update is made.

Quasi impossibile cancellare l’iscrizione a careem plus. Difficile da trovare o non te lo fa cancellare

Most of the time it’s okay, but then sometimes I get food poisoning, other times the order is super dirty because the rider wasn’t careful and the sauce spilled, but the best one was today when we had to leave to work at 2 and the order was delayed by 30 minutes, when we saw the expected delivery increasing like this we called and wanted to cancel and careem operator insisted that the order will be delivered…. Even after reminding that no one will be home he continued to say that someone has to pay. Such a bad service sometimes that it is unbelievable.
