I din’t get my order when i called that i wanted a refund they refunded it in the apps funds with i cant transfer to my bank account because i dont live in united arab emirates.

You’ll get charged cancellation fee even when the driver isn’t coming towards you or moving at all
Worst service
Worst app I ever used
Unable to add foreign cards nor funds
Tried more than ten times with three different visa and Mastercards. Cards are working normally everywhere else in Dubai and all around the world. So much time wasted trying to solve this. Contacted support but no help from there.
Taxi drivers are not reliable
They can take wrong customers and don’t cancel the trip and try to charge that trip from you.
Charging wrong
I was charged almost double my order on first order, on second order grocery store cancelled my order and I didn’t get my money back. Horrible service with no help.
Not happy
Tried to add my credit card 50+ times, the app wont accept it. Contacted the help center also but they could not do anything about it. My partner has the same issue.

Awful app
The app is very sluggish and works slow even on iPhone X. Every now and then it won’t let me set a drop off place and I wasn’t able to add a credit card to it - it would charge my card for 1aed, but progress won’t go for there with loading animation spinning forever. The only good thing about this app is that rides are cheaper than Uber
