Todays taxi experience
I have booked the taxi three times in row and have called three times to customer service! All the time someone just took my taxi. Absolutely terrible experience of Todsy and for sure i am not gonna keep the membership because this makes no sense.

everything is working very good. i really luke this app
8% refund for riding to wrong location
Application had an error in the address and the cab drove me 30km off my designated location. Customer service refunded 8% of the ride’s price without reacting to the contents of my messages. They just closed the request each time saying that I have already been refunded. Consider using Uber instead.
Very confusing
Terrible app, choosing pick up and drop off location is so confusing that we decided to rather catch the taxi by the road.

twice i ordered food, wasnt delivered, they told me that there is some problem in the app, never saw my money again (first they promised to return the cash in 24hrs, then next working day, then 5 working days...etc) and today it is automatically without my knowledge booked a ride from a place i was like 2 days ago, obviously both the driver and me we didnt want to cancel because of cancellation fee im deleting this app now
Very bad service
Drivers are very incapable. They don't know how to use navigation, they can't find destinations, sometimes they don't arrive and they charge you anyway. When you complain, nobody helps you. I just waited for a taxi at the Kingdom Tower for one hour because three drivers couldn't find us and only the fourth one did. I will use Uber or Bolt instead
