I’d switch in a heartbeat from Strong to this app if there was an Apple Watch app.

When I first saw this app I was like ok how do I use this? But after reading 5-3-1 I knew what to look for and started playing around with the app. It’s awesome! I used it for 5-3-1 and now I use it to track my weights doing a conjugate workout program, I paid for the add more lifts function and use it to keep track of my Max effort lifts and I am able to quickly figure out my 50% 55% and 60% lifts for dynamic effort method. Really been a great app with lots of flexibility in its functions

This 5/3/1 app has everything you could possibly need! Auto incremental for increase and even notes and mire!

Solid app, simple to use. Can you please add an option to reset your stats?

how come 41kg = 15 x 0.5??

Honestly this app is great! It definitely helps finding the percentages you need to hit for each set. The only criticism I have is that the weight calculation are inaccurate to the percentage you need to hit for your sets. I highly suggest you do the calculation yourself using the percentage it gave you with your own calculator for optimal training.

Old school and generally write my workouts down. Most fitness apps are too busy and complex, but this gives me everything I need!

I have been using this app for several years. I started off using it for the TM and set percentages. I have added other features such as plate calculator and calendar over time. This is well designed, user friendly and worth the money for the extras.
