Really like the app and its simplicity. However I wish that it was possible to add cells with a custom title and reps into the calendar, to keep track of assistance workouts.

Good job! Accurate (5/3/1) Sleek, easy and fun to use! There is room for small improvements though. To build on the first impression and not over complicate things (since a lot apps tend to get lost from the core), what I will suggest is mostly behind the scene stuff. But first and foremost: 1. The "-+5/10" feels a bit fiddly in contrast to the beautiful pop up layout (even though I haven't pressed it wrong once) it still would be cool if they could be assigned to generate automatically in the "lift" columns. Replacing -+5/10 with cycle 1.2.3..etc and make that one bigger so you just have "-+ cycle" (displaying which cycle one is at to keep track of progression). Without sacrificing the simplicity for the user of having to choose an extra step when choosing the lifts from the beginning. Suggestion; "add lower/upper body" edit. 2. The preference wheel and the timer could also be a tad bigger or the timer moved a bit away from the preferences. Love that timer! 3. Maybe color change between the lifts so that one can associate a specific lift with a color on a specific day (that could be changed in the preferences of course). Just some subjective thoughts. Remember LESS IS MORE!!!! Great work 👌
