Want to pay for subscription and watch movies - not possible, need a card with a billing address in US. Well, guess how I’m going to watch your movies and how much I’m going to pay you, lol.

By the amount of data collected, I would expect this app and all the content to be free. But apparently you have to pay for everything twice: with your money and then with your privacy.

On iPad App controls are just perfect. Easy, seamless, fast and user friendly. Same App on TV is a bat from hell. Nothing works, skip intro - mission impossible - navigation could not be worse.

Im seriously disappointed with Prime Video. Half the time, the app just loads endlessly and never actually opens. Its frustrating to sit there, waiting for something that might never work. Another major issue is the lack of subtitles in different languages. So many shows and movies dont offer proper subtitle options, which is unacceptable for a streaming service this big. And lets talk about the paid content almost everything worth watching requires an extra payment. Whats the point of a subscription if most content isnt even included? Amazon really needs to fix these issues because, right now, Prime Video feels like a waste of time and money.

I love this movie app it’s so amazing there are so many movies but the adds are really long but other then that it’s a really good movie app and I definitely recommend.

You know something’s bad when you buy something and it recommends everything except for the things on your list of interest.

They should play all the commercials at the beginning of every show not while people are watching!!!!

Have not been able to make payment with my cards, even my virtual dollar cards you claim not to be able to charge the card without making any attempt to charge it.

Jamming ads down our throats on a paid service and then asking for more money to not have the ads is somewhere between extremely greedy and extorting their customers.

I was hoping that when I made a subscription to the app that I’d be able to watch a certain 80’s show activate my inner child. Boy was I wrong!! I paid the little $1.99, and I still had to BUY an episode of the show I was hoping to watch. I’m lucky that I can still watch 4 seasons of it on a free streaming website, but the last 4 seasons might just have to be in my imagination!! Y’all are so money hungry and it’s disgusting. I don’t understand how y’all could do this to people who are loyal or who want to be loyal to y’all. It’s just ridiculous that this is what one has to go through to watch a show or movie.
