This app is charging me for 2 months and I am not able to watch anything , everything for buy. They are not telling me what type of subscription I have . There is no record of my payment when I am asking them and they detected money from my card. I want details about it. I am closing this app but damage has been done already.

Arabic subtitles and help center negligence
After subscribing I found that Arabic subtitles are not available in Xiamen mi tv box and also found that many Arabic subscribers were complaining to add Arabic subtitles for android boxes and many other tv brands. I tried also to complain and sent an email but after 3 days there was no reply from you and that seems to me that you are neglecting my help request If you don’t respect the Arabic language you don’t deserve us to subscribe to your application
