Very bad application
Very bad application they charged me 3 times I couldn’t stop trip because system issues they keep charging me no customer service to complain and really i am very upset
Money
It was my first time using this app and the placed my 35 dirhams on hold and it was fine but I never even used a scooter and they used another 23 dirhams.
Scammers
When starting a ride they charge 35 aed as a deposit, after tive ride amount is not returned to the bank card.
Too expensive
Compare to Uber, price is not reasonable… Better to taxi Uber. Safer and cheaper

Spent 30 minutes looking for a bike and found 3 different Bikes. None of them worked. I’ve had issues when I needed to get somewhere and the bike didn’t work. This time it didn’t go through, I couldn’t even get to unlock the ride. Really sick of this UI. Please do something about it. This isn’t the first time

This application doesn’t support you with the times that you can find birds in , and they doesn’t support you with information about any delay that would happen due to weather , I tried to contact the supporting team in the application but they never answer
