There is no customer service, there are too few vehicles, most of the time they are unavailable or damaged, they can be rented even when they are unable to start the ride. I think they are the cheapest scooter service I know, however it means the lowest standards as well. Also, there are no customer service that is clear to use or available. Did I mention, that there is no normal customer service?

Scooter shows error after unlock, but im charged 5 eur. Support dont response. Lots of scooter is wrong, low powered, error messages in the app are too shorts and dont help. Thats all

I just registered to the app because there was a bike nearby and needed to take it. After registering and adding a payment method, I couldn’t book the bike because of an error message. Useless app. Recommend to use Lime or something else which is far more reliable
