Parking zones
The app is terrible at parking zones. Parked in the zone couldn’t shut the scooter off. Moved spots 3 times and wouldn’t register in parking zone, left scooters after 45 min of trying to park.
TRAP & ROBBERY
Warning: It forces a credit into app, charges for unused ride (scooter wouldn’t run) then doesn’t refund, only credits the app! If a tourist leaves the country, the credit is lost. Even w/ credit available , keeps debiting you levies every time you star a ride… Receive email invoices 55% in Portuguese and 45% in Spanish - WHY ??? Too hard to reach customer support.

Stole my money
I was randomly charged up to 43$ at 1am one night when I wasn’t even around a place with scooters. Also being asleep in bed. I’ve tried to speak to them about getting my money back but they emailed me twice and then stopped. Even when I showed them pictures of the bank statement and my history of rides.
Bad customer service
Had an issue with my ride, emailed a few times and never got a reply, only got an auto reply saying the rules of the service area. Would not recommend, use Beam instead.
Terrible Service in Perth
Don’t use bird I drove for about 1km before it said i was out of range. The app did not show parking locations so i had to go all the way back to where i started. And even when i went baxk to the exact same location IT STILL didnt park. I had to end up calling customer service and they wanted to charge me for my 8 minute ride despite that i had to go back to the exact same location i picked it up….. conclusion is im just going to buy my own scooter

My first ride I’m WA They’re shouldn’t be available if they’ve got short battery… and why can’t I just park at my destination… the parking spots are very limited
