They charged me for 28€, for a ride that cost 22€, and my friend got charged for 18€ even though we used it for the same exact distance.. awful! Now I have to keep an eye on my card for extra charges out of nowhere..
Horrible experience
The lock stack and I was getting charged to stay under the hot sun and try to solve the problem. I end up paying 50% more for being a technician
Disgusting
Disgusting just disgusting, I rode once and they scammed. Ride was only 13€ and after 2 days they scammed me and took from my account 15€, I never opened a scouter.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
