Дело в том что, в некоторых городах самокаты не работают, и вы будете вынуждены платить по 5$ каждый раз, когда хотите проверить работает ли аамокат или нет.
Я восполнил приложение на 50 лари (20$). Хотели два самоката взять. Но один спмокат не работал. Но когда хотели сдать иза того что самокат не работал, помимо что приложение снял с нас 20$, снял еще 10 лар (5$) за то что просто самокат не работал (или за то что проверили). Короче, 50% вероятностью деньги на ветер, на приложении нет функции пожаловаться, самокаты вообще не работают, либо кнопки сломаны. Удачи вам
Terrible
Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.

No customer support when issues arise
I rode my scooter to work today and parked in the appointed corral, but the app would not end my ride. I moved back, to the side, to the other side, rotated upside down but the app was not responding to my attempts to end the ride. I closed and restarted the app a couple times, still nothing. I had to walk away and get to work. I tried to find a number to call, but there is no number for Byrd. I tried to get to the help page, but there is no help. I resorted to finding a random email for on the website and reporting the issue. My ride was finally finalized by Johnny which I’m grateful for, but I won’t be riding a Byrd scooter after this. Until they fix issues with being able to contact them in case of an app or scooter issue, you’re up chts creek with a scooter clocking time you’re not using.
Worst scooter app
Definitely the worst electric scooter apps, id you’re unfortunate enough to have a bike lane near a parking lot it will cut tour engine off because youre “in a parking area” basically making you waste more time and give them money. Awful. Use lime.
Horrible try lime
Scooters randomly stop working on you forcing you to push them or just end the ride and try again. So ether most of their scooters are damaged or this is on purpose cause it happens to frequently

Cheaper than an über and better than the ball pit!!!
