Добрый день, арендовал сегодня (25.10.2021)электросамокат 8EK9i в отеле Риксос, в виду отсутствия интернета( пользовался вайфай)поставил в приложении не отслеживать мою геопозицию , а использовать ее однократно, так как делаю это во всех доступных приложениях для соблюдения мер конфиденциальности, предпололюгаемое время аренды самоката должно было составить порядка 6 минут, так как ехал в ближайший торговый центр!!!! Но по прибытию к месту столкнулся с проблемой завершения аренды самоката, неоднократно пробывал завершить аренду , но все было напрасно, приложение писало что я не могу завершить аренду в данном месте, хотя менеджер который был возле отеля сказала, я могу его оставить возле торгового центра без всяких проблем, ( видимо из-за отсутствия знания мною турецкого языка и не знания русского языка со стороны менеджера) приложения всякий раз когда я пытался оставить скутер возле торгового центра в различных местах, давала мне ошибку, что я не могу оставить электросамокат в данном месте, я решил что поеду обратно в место проката и решу проблему по месту, Но прибыв на место аренды самоката в отель я так же не смог завершить аренду, проблема была той же!!!! Нервы были на пределе !!! Я потратил 1.5 часа времени оплачиваемой аренды самоката, своего времени и нервов!!! Прошу вернуть потраченные денежные средства за не качественный сервис и обслуживание , за моральный вред понесённый пользованием данным сервисом я уже молчу!!! Но осадок остался очень большой. Не кому не рекомендую пользоваться сервисом компании Birb, так как сервис является не доработанным. Для администрации приложения оставляю свой номер для обратной связи +375291685898

The max speed of the scooter is around 10 km/h. The acceleration is like tortoise competing with a bigger tortoise. The is no any sense to use the scooter at such speed in the city. Waste of money

Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.

I rode my scooter to work today and parked in the appointed corral, but the app would not end my ride. I moved back, to the side, to the other side, rotated upside down but the app was not responding to my attempts to end the ride. I closed and restarted the app a couple times, still nothing. I had to walk away and get to work. I tried to find a number to call, but there is no number for Byrd. I tried to get to the help page, but there is no help. I resorted to finding a random email for on the website and reporting the issue. My ride was finally finalized by Johnny which I’m grateful for, but I won’t be riding a Byrd scooter after this. Until they fix issues with being able to contact them in case of an app or scooter issue, you’re up chts creek with a scooter clocking time you’re not using.
