I am not from the UK and made an order from this application. Because the location pin is not 100% accurate the driver was taking it and execute to move his car few meters although I put the hotel name for him. He asked me to go out and did not see him and then he marked the order as delivered, charged and did not get my food. In addition to the long waiting time, worst delivery experience in my life.
I ordered one JP with tuna and another one with cheese. They sent both the JP with tuna. Totally disappointed.
The driver took pictures of my order in the reception and then took off with it 👎🏻🙂
Food delivery can not be tracked, to add on before ordering you receive an estimated maximum time to deliver which is not accurate, could reach 30-40 min delay.
I’m complaining regarding the late in picking up my order from Hardee’s for more than 1:20 hours
After placing an order and being charged, waiting for over 90 minutes only to be informed by Deliveroo that the restaurant is closed! TALABAT is much more reliable and customer friendly than Deliveroo!

Worse app ever, my orders were never delivered, the waiting exceeded 4 hours. Such a waste of time and money . Doesn’t even deserve one star
