Very disappointing service
I ordered the food and the delivery agent literally uploaded a photo of the food left in the middle of the road and marked it as delivered. with in a fraction of a minute I reached the door and both the agent and the food was not there, and Deliveroo service center had nothing to say about this and did not even give me a refund. Worst service ever.

I waited for my food for 45’ in the lobby of the hotel at the door. The food was never delivered. The driver said he had called me which was a total lie. They kept the food and the money. The Customer Service guy kept on reading his standard written responses saying he was sorry but that’s all. Deliveroo??? Never again.

Good until it crashes
After ordering I need to get help because they forgot part of the order but I can’t get out of the order confirmation page, nothing happens when I click the cross to go back or the “order help”.
Enabling scammers via delivery app
Hi. What does support team does when your delivery person steals the order? They block contact form and dont refund You. So even though Deliveroo knows You didn’t received the order, that delivery person lied in recorded Deliveroo chat (that there is an issue with the order) they are violating your consumer rights. Yay for Deliveroo!

No way to signal allergies
Cluttered and unintuitive interface. No way to report allergies to the restaurants leading to easily avoidable food waste and salty threats. Customer support is also very poor.
