Deliveroo: Food & Shopping

I’m a tourist trying to order food to my Hotel. It doesn’t let me pay with Apple Pay or credit cards. Not good

Doesn’t support most country codes to verify account

And he cheese burger was cold. Driver was lovely.

They said for free delivery and when you place the order they charge you full delivery, very big scam

I’m sat here pressing the apple pay button for 5 minutes and it’s doing nothing. Stupid

The delivery service is very unreliable I was waiting for my order for more than two hours and then deliveroo did not deliver my order but the restaurant did instead because non of their drivers showed up to pick up my order. Also they need to add expected delivery time prior to ordering so people can know if they want to order a specific thing or use a different delivery service. I will definitely hesitate to order from deliveroo the next time I order

While you advertise delivery free, when I place my order you charge me for delivery

It’s a complete deadness delivering body parts to people who won’t look up how to cook vegetables enough for them to enjoy them
