even though this app does not apply in my country, and have removed the app from my phone, i can’t stop them from texting me advertisements.

This ride app won’t use my credit card I entered to pay and tells me I need to pay in cash. I don’t have cash or a credit card that can be used at an atm. First and last time I use this ride service . I am using Uber which is safer, cleaner cars and I trust not to say enter card information but then when you sit in the car it says pay with cash. This won’t happen again. You cannot change the payment method to anything other than pay in cash. You cannot get ahold of didi for help easily. The estimated savings vs using Uber was not worth it

Las cuentas registradas llevan 0 control. Pides un servicio y te llega otro carro con otro conductor, que si llega a pasar algo ¿quién responde?

i ve stopped using didi for food because of inconvenience of verifying card not once but 3 times every time you order. First they ask for text message code, then if it’s correct they ask you to open your statements and recognize random charges. it does not stop here then they ask you to add 3 digit code from back of card. are you crazzy developer to put this on place. all other apps like uber eats, rappi goes through just fine with the exact same card. just deleted this app. run by junkies.

I rarely leave reviews but this service is a scam. I went to Colombia used this app because it’s cheaper then Uber, came back to the US. And every other day I get a text message from them, from a different number and I have to Deere and report as junk. SCAM!!!! Don’t ever download this app you will regret it. Stop spamming me and delete my number from your database!

Lost my iPhone in the car I took and contacted didi to help me connect to the driver, instead of having them connect me to the driver they sent me a bad phone line to reach them. It didn’t allow me to reach out to the driver and therefore before getting in contact, someone stole it. The person who “found it “ then charged me $200 dollars to receive it back. I could have avoided this if the app or company was more helpful. Never using didi again! 🚫 Uber has a better customer service and safer rides with safer drivers!

Lo he usado en varios países donde opera, cuando llegue a México a vivir, lo usé por varias semanas y de la nada me comenzó a pedir pagar los viajes únicamente en efectivo, pensé era por alta demanda pero me di cuenta que no era el caso, ya que así está por 2 meses a cualquier hora, a cualquier destino, intentando pagar con 4 diferentes tipos de tarjeta e incluso le puse dinero a la wallet y tampoco me deja usarla. Lo peor, es que he creado el reclamo en soporte 12 veces!!! Las 12 veces me responden: actualiza la app y cierran el caso, actualiza tu sistema operativo y cierran el caso, desinstala e instala de nuevo y cierran el caso, me piden los mismos datos y screenshots del mensaje las 12 veces y vuelven a cerrar el caso responda lo que les responda, aún cuando aclaro que el Error persiste, que no tengo respuesta. Hace 3 días me dijeron bloquearán el uso de tarjetas de mi cuenta y que en 48 horas me contactarían con el Problema resuelto, hasta ahora nada. He pedido devuelvan el dinero de la wallet a mi tarjeta ya que no puedo usar el servicio, y tampoco me responden. Me mandan a llamar a un 0800 que únicamente atienden casos de la tarjeta DiDi por lo cual me volvieron a decir que vaya a customer support via la app. La verdad que pésimo el servicio. Directamente no lo vuelvo a usar, solo estoy esperando me devuelvan el dinero que tengo ahí para cerrar la cuenta. Particularmente en México, Uber es más barato y es el servicio que uso ahora.

It worked fine for over 3 years then all of the sudden any cars payment was not allowed, didn’t matter what bank. It forced me to use cash. I asked support for help, and they couldn’t do anything, so they adviced to create another account, which is not really a solution.
