Overcharged trip
I took a car in Toluca Airport and a price for the trip to Mexico City was shown to me. When we arrived at our destination, the driver said me that I also needed to pay the toll we passed through and his toll back to Toluca. So, instead of paying MXN$462, without any sense I had to pay MXN$672 (105 Mexican pesos for each toll). I sent a request for reimbursement to Didi and they never answered me back. It’s been almost 3 weeks I’m waiting for some answer. Definitely I recommend you to take care and use other platforms to take a car.
Security problem/fraud
I don’t even live in Australia since 2020 and today I received an email about a ride charge in Cannington WA. So what happened?? Is there a security problem? Data leak?? I need some answers!!
Motoristas despreparados e mal educados
Várias corridas feitas foram com motoristas mal-educados e alguns até despreparados. Não houve preocupação nenhuma com o conforto do passageiro. Os preços são iguais ou mais caros que os de táxi. Comecei usando o Didi e depois passei a usar os táxis de Buenos Aires mesmo. Com o táxi oficial a experiência e o tratamento foram bem melhores. Não recomendo, exceto em caso de necessidade… Acho que devia ter um sistema de avaliação dos motoristas.
No recebi mi Reembolso
Tengo un reembolso pendiente de 3/7/2022 de $55.575 pesos de una compra cancela da por el restaurante de KFC de Parkway. El app no me brinda una opción para hacer el reclamo de ese reembolso y el chat en vivo nunca está funcionando. Servicio de calidad muy inferior a los otros del mercado, especialmente para Colombia que ya no brinda buenos servicios. Quiero mi reembolso ya.

No puedo acceder con la cuenta ya registrada.
Aplicativo te estafa.
Didi Food permite que eu comércio te estafa pues hace el cobro online y no lle da un suporte para reportar, hice una compra hoy y me quedé más de 2 horas esperando domiciliario y nunca me llego. El Restauranre não me contesta y Didi no ofrece suporte ninguno para eso, péssima experiência.
Add Apple Pay Support Please!
A bit confusing interface and few payment options, please add compatibility with Apple Pay or PayPal as it is more practical, safe, PayPay is only available for users who have a mobile phone number from Japan so it is not so practical.
Não use no Chile
Péssimos motoristas, demora mais de 4 minutos pra achar alguém e quando se acha eles desistem da corrida, ficam fazendo perguntas e tudo mais, sempre valor mais alto, péssimo aplicativo, péssima experiência
