Be careful when you book using Didi, I was shown a price on the screen but I was charged $12 more by the end of the trip. It was a straightforward ride, customer support didn’t help.

I used the didi cab yesterday. I left my phone in the cab I travelled in. After I got down at my destination I Immediately called the driver who dropped me but I couldn’t connect to his number. I then called up the didi customer service and I requested them to call up the driver and inform him that I have left my phone in his car. But the customer service team themselves were not able to connect to him as he had given an invalid number to the team. DIDI CS TEAM IS REALLY BAD AND I RECKON NO ONE SHOULD USE THIER SERVICES. It’s been 3 days since I lost my phone and all they ask me to do is call the cops. Since it’s not stolen the cops won’t agree to file a report. I have tried every way possible to ask help from Didi but they are such a ruthless and bad company that they don’t even bother to verify their own driver details on their systems. How can you not have a valid number of a cab that’s working for your company. I am facing huge losses on a daily basis just because I used the services from this bloody company. I REALLY SUGGEST PEOPLE TO USE ALTERNATE SERVICES LIKE 13 CABS etc. They are way better. #boycott Didi

I’m sorry guys, the app is horrible in giving updates to either food or ride. You’re very quick to charge a customer for being late or late cancel etc but you don’t fulfill your end of the bargain. Very bad mate. Please correct this.

Keep this app in your phone as backup in case other services are not available. It has happened, not once or twice, but thrice that Fare before and after the trip varies a lot. Many times because the driver decides to take abother route. And how are you expected to stop or communicate with driver in foreign land. Isn't it obvious the passenger wants to reach destination asap and only driver would want to take the more reaping route. And Guess what , theres no easy or single way to raise a complaint. Cheaters

The time shown is totally inaccurate. It shows 8 mins away and after 2 mins it will show 13 mins away.

Самый худший сервис. Заказываешь такси, ждёшь, ждёшь, ждёшь. Ищут машину. 5,6,7 минут. К сожалению, свободных машин нет. Хотите начать новый поиск? И цена уже в 2 раза выше первого предложения. В общем, из примерно 20 попыток повезло дождаться раза 3.

Don’t use DiDi they are using unfair trade practices by holding the money before the ride. I tried to book a ride estimate was 32$ , waited 3 minutes to find a driver and none found by the app, I cancelled the trip and these buggers are holding my money. Alert says it will take 10 days to refund. Typical Chinese fraud. Removed my card saved , don’t use this guys who knows if they are selling your card info to others. Un ethical business model.

I always loved didi but then as the saying goes “ one rotten apple makes all the other apple go bad” I booked my didi at 6:15 am and it showed that the driver was on the move but then I waited till 6:35.I contacted the driver thinking he was stuck smwhere but he didn’t reply. That day I reached work at 7 am when I was supposed to be there at 6:30. On top the cancellation fee was ughhhhh.

We were all tired and he played bollywood songs and it just uplifted our moods. Amazing!
