Worst e-hailing application that I ever use

Have been trying to use Didi to call up a ride to Brisbane Airport, but keep loading at the driver searching page after confirm the request. I am sure I have updated the app but still not working. Please work on the app is working and not to create trouble for people who wants to use it for convenience but end up with more trouble. Learn from Uber and Grab.

Not suitable to foreigners. Better inDrive👍🏻

Customer support complaint

Didi customer support or complaint very very very bad , so bad , didn’t respond if i make complain , the driver take my money EGP 250 pound instead of EGP 73 that Didi charge him , i want my money back. I complain but no respond at all , this is not my first time …

Dodgy drivers, Bad service

Order a ride and stupid dodgy driver plate number DVY45L drive around for 15 mins just because they don’t want to pick up and after that the driver cancel the trip. Wait for another 10mins to find a driver. Such a time wasting app. Deleting account, uninstall the app never use the app again.

Didi is bad, the drivers always refuse to take passenger that pay with visa. Not recommended

Payment Problem

Work for the first time using it. Then it keep on saying invalid payment method. Please fixed the issue
