Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner

The app would be fantastic if it worked. We went on a family interrail and 2/4 iphones had issues. One looking ticket and passenger info constantly and one making errors if user was not all the time online with the app. Luckily train staff was very understanding in all the places - good to always take screen shots of your tickets and qr codes! Hope the problems would get sorted - that would make this a fantastic app!

Definitely doesn’t make my travelling smooth and stress-free, since the app just randomly decides I don’t have journeys selected and doesn’t wans to show my ticket when the conductor comes to check the tickets. It is the only and most important thing this app should be doing and still doesn’t get that right. But since there really isn’t any other options available, you just have to deal with it

Kaiken kaikkiaan mainio äppi kun vertaa paperilippuun, mutta siinä on vielä turhauttavan paljon bugeja. Useampana päivänä kävi niin, että äppi oli hukannut kaikki matkustustietoni ja ilmoitti, että en ole vielä lisännyt interrail-lippua äppiini. Kyseessä oli 5. ja 7. matkustuspäivä. Onneksi junan konduktööri oli tietoinen, sanoi että muillakin on ollut sama ongelma, joten pääsin pälkähästä. Toisella kertaa ei katsottu lippuja, ja säästyin kiusalliselta tilanteelta. Myös reittisuunnitelman ”statistics” sivua on kiva seurata, mutta oman reittini kohdalla se jätti tallentamatta kaikki matkat Saksassa ja Tanskassa. Tylsää. Voisko myös lisätä linkit eri maiden junayhtiöiden sivuille johonkin kätevään paikkaan?

Interrail app didn’t show every train and some detailes we would have needed. We had also difficulties with seat recevations because the app showed that you didn’t need recevation but when we were in the train it showed up that we needed a recevation for that train. Luckily there was kind staff and they helped us in that situation. The staff said that they always deal with problems with interrailers and recevations. The app would be great if it would work and update the train details properly.

The integration of an easy reservation system to this app seems to be impossible. Lots of problems with paying and even finding the tickets on the reservation section.

Worked like magic! We used this and only this for the five weeks.

This really saved my planning nerves. Now I just need to see that it works :)

Good idea ruined by the fact that the app, for some unearthly reason, only shows the next three connections. Why? 3/4 of the page is then left blank, rather than it be showing the 8-9 next connections.

Safes your time by 90%. On our interrail we never got to the line for ticket office. Just looked timetables from the app for non-reservation trains and jumped to train. App works like a train toilet, which means always!

Nothing to complain.
