Great to travel

We enjoyed our trip so much, next year we will do this again. Never had problems with qr-code. Only one time a train didn’t show in the time table. Maybe because that compagnie cannot be used with interrail. A list of companies that can’t be traveled with would be a good service

Terrible

The app and the pass are both terrible Plan the trip and buy the tickets on your own, you will have better transportation and save money!

Sometimes fails to show QR

Sometimes needs a refresh to show the QR. Even though that is not fixed yet, the rest of the features are amazing!

Gotthard Panorama Express does not appear from SBB

Gotthard Panorama Express from Arth-Goldau to Lugano does not appear in time table. Please fix asap

Unreliable app

App show inaccurate traveling times and unables me to activate a traveling day…what unables me to actually travel.Very bad!! This has to be improved on so many levels

Completely overpriced and disfunctional

I would highly recommend not getting Interrail. During peak season trains will often be fully booked, even though Interrail does not allow you to reserve them online in some countries. Even if reservations are possible, they can only be made by paying quite a log extra and require tickets to be sent on paper(!), which is completely archaic and impractical. Additionally, it is almost always cheaper to buy separate tickets yourself, which do usually allow you to reserve in advance online easily.

Unclear and inconvenient app

It works, thats all that can be said about this app, because it cost me a lot of time to find out how it works. Without any costumer service with possibility to call someone this is inacceptabel.

This company is run by scam artists. They are better at scamming than Mike Tyson is at boxing. The app changes your routes like Houdini, Shows trains which the local train conductors claim to be non-existing. The train times are off by 15-60 minutes and you must hope it is not earlier. Now we are forced to cough up €300 to get back home. I am an atheist but may god strike them down…

Zeer onbetrouwbaar en onhandig

Deze app is zeer onbetrouwbaar, maar/want je hebt geen alternatief. Eerder geactiveerde ritten worden soms spontaan vergeten. Als je een rit activeert waarvoor een nieuwe reisadvies wordt aangesproken krijg je onmiddellijk daarna een onjuiste pushmelding dat er een reisdag is geactiveerd zonder rit voor die dag. Als je een reisdag voor de huidige dag activeert krijg je een rare pop-up ‘whoa! Are you sure you’re traveling today, you won’t be able’. In de statistieken geeft de app na 10 dagen geheel of gedeeltelijk reizen door Zwitserland nog steeds aan dat ik dat land niet zou hebben bezocht. De verplichting om elke drie dagen online te zijn en bovendien steeds als je een nieuwe reisdag activeert is erg onpraktisch, helemaal omdat de app het vaak niet blijkt te registreren als je online bent. Om reizen te activeren moet je handmatig naar beneden scrollen door alle eerdere reizen. Daarbij moet je oppassen niet een activeringsschuifje te raken of een rit in de prullenbak te swipen. Om tussenstations te zien moet je een rit aanklikken en vervolgens heel voorzichtig op het pijltje klikken dat nét onder het activeringsschuifje zit. Het is ook nogal onhandig dat je twee keer je telefoon moet ontgrendelen bij een ticketcontrole. Ik zie daar ook het nut niet van in.

ICE trains are missing?

Since the last update none of the ICE-trains from the Netherlands through Germany to Frankfurt appear in the timetable. They just disappeared 😳. Hope the next update will bring them back!
