NO help from customer service!
I had planned a trip to Switzerland which was a 2 day journey. Sounded great. Didn’t realise part of this journey was to get to sit at a train station from midnight to 5am in the middle of no-where! So when the train finally came I double checked with the train staff to ensure I was on the right train, was told which one. After it started moving the guy that told me (who told me had just awoken) realised he was wrong! Had to sit on a train in the wrong direction for 30 mins to get back to the right direction. So I miss my connection. It usedan extra day of my journey. I contacted customer service…… that’s over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back! On the way home not one of my trains connected as they should! So now for what should have been a 4 day journey (2 there and 2 back) took 7 days travel! No help from customer service and was left stranded for 2 days in Germany with the added bonus of having to pay over €300 to get home! Not f#=€ken happy!
Find another company and definitely don’t expect any help from this company. They obviously don’t care!
Version 24.0.0 keeps crashing
The app is useful, but just before activating my pass, I downloaded the most recent update, which keeps crashing after short periods of activity.
I can see no pattern as to why this might be happening, but if this continues I feel very insecure about using the app.
Before this is fixed, I would advice against downloading this version of the app!!!

Great to have access to timetables in Europe without wifi! I used this all the time when traveling! Be aware that if a connection is not included in your Interrail- ticket, it will not show.

Indispensable avec inter rail. Pouvoir télécharger plus de carte de villes serait bien. Que l'application fonctionne aussi bien sans connexion est super surtout qu'elle n'est pas très lourde et rapide. Attention toutefois aux horaires pas toujours exactes, ils donnent une idée très bonne et suffisante malgré tout.
