24-hour time

I want to be able to use the 24-hour time (not AM/PM) even in the english language version.

Trash ux

Garbage app get tied in knots if you’re using a continuous pass, or looking at another day. This and generally clunky performance makes me think they’re not serious about this application. - Give real patch notes instead of vague “improvements”. - Make it add the pass to the Apple wallet or something - Make the activation of a travel pass faster and easier to find - Give up on the stupid active trip system and just have trips, the added abstraction adds nothing - Make it possible to just login with your inter rail pass instead of needing to add the pass manually… - Take a lesson from the American tech companies and just make it work

Gömda kostnader

Många tåg kräver reservationer som kostar extra. Dessutom kan dessa oftast inte bokas i förväg via appen vilket innebär att man få boka på plats. Då man bokar på plats samma dag så kan tågen vara fullbokade. Med andra ord får du köpa en första klassbiljett till fullpris ellee vara fast till ett tåg finns

Good, but could be improved for multiple passes

Overall good. An improvement I would really like is to be able to easily swap between the tickets for several persons mobile pass on the same unit. After traveling Gothenburg - Paris - York as a family of five persons that was noticed as a major weakness. 1) Open first pass 2) Open ticket 3) Show ticket 4) Two steps back 5) Open second pass 6) Open ticket 7) Show ticket 8) Two steps back …

Very laggy

The app itself is good but it is so laggy when you try to open your ticket, you have to try so many times before it works

Scam!

Do not the interrail card through these guys, horrible customer support, app and website not synced, charges 15% for refunds even if you didn’t use any travel days. Plan your trip on another platform and do not buy any pass from them!

Check everything before you buy

I checked out the rout that I wanted to take and to reserve the trains I had to by my pass (of course) but when I had bought it the and went on the website to book everything train all summer long in that route was sold out. I had already paid a hole lot of money but couldn’t travel anywhere at all. Be careful before you buy. The app lies and shows trains that isn’t available.

Okay service but app improvements would be nice

Overall, planning and traveling with the app worked well, we only had to manually purchase tickets once since the service (Interrail) couldn’t sell them for unknown reasons (it was in the pass region). The app in itself is quite big which makes it unload when you switch between apps which makes you loose information or planning time… this is the biggest issue with the app by far. The UI pretty well with some minor hiccups. I wish that the app could have more online information and not just offline timetables. This would help a lot, getting more updated information and from which track a train is leaving. Since most trains and train stations have WiFi and that roaming in EU is “free”, I don’t see why this can’t be resolved.

Do not travel overnight

Started my journey from Hamburg at 19.46 and will arrive inMunich at 06.03. When the conductor wanted to check my ticket at 02.30 there was no journey and no ticket to show.
