Goodreads: Book Reviews

i LOVE goodreads but i really wish there were half stars i hate having to decide whether to make it below or higher star rating and then add the half star in the review just feels 👎👎👎

I have only really got into reading in the last couple of years so this app is a great find. You can view how many books you’ve read and in which time frame. Easily see reviews about books and keep a read wish list.

I can’t imagine a life without Goodreads, and so, five stars. Just one thing: I wish that it would let me attach notes to items that I have stored in my “want to read” list so I can remember where recommendations have come from.

Really found this great tool to explore authors and discover genres. I enjoy seeing whet the authors are reading. Recently I have not been getting so many good recommendations from good reads. Maybe it’s confused by me. I have become a kindle reader as well which is good but not helping with the quality control. Hopefully there will be some better quality books out in 2025

I am unable to access my Goodreads account or even make new accounts because it says Goodreads is over capacity and to try again later. I have been trying on multiple different devices and even on the webpage for over a year because I’ve only heard good things about this app but I have been getting no feedback from customer support or anything and I’m fed up now if I’m honest.

An excellent app which allows you to read views of books and to review any book. It is generally excellent, straightforward and easy to use. It allows you to review books and have your family correct friends as ‘friends’ Much more trustworthy and reliable than Amazon. The only thing they could do to make it better is allow UK date format

i really love this app, it’s helpful when i want to find my next read and to find out people’s opinions on books, but it desperately needs an update.

This app desperately needs an overhaul. It has so much potential.

I like this app because it’s very easy to navigate and the community is lovely and a easy way to keep track of books I’ve read that are physical books coz the kindle app keeps track of what ebooks I’ve read on kindle so it’s good to have a separate app for each ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lack of a half star option is my bane
