HEARTMATH® SENSOR REQUIRED: This is the companion app to the Inner Balance sensor. This app requires any of the HeartMath Inner Balance sensors such as Bluetooth® or the Inner Balance Lightning sensor which connects to your phone and clips to your earlobe to measure your heart rhythms.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR INNER BALANCE APP TO THE SENSOR
Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.
3. Once you see your sensor ID number displayed and verify that it matches the number on the back side of the sensor pod, tap it to accept and wait 15-20 seconds for the device to calibrate and begin the first session.

Inner Balance Lightning Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.

Still trying to figure it out but getting there - it is amazing to Notice the heart connection change as my thoughts wander at times - what a great learning about the impact and importance of what I think and how I can best focus to maintain health and wellbeing

Heartmath cured 15 years of depression

I suffered 15 years of suicidal depression and after 3 to 4 months of regular heartmath sessions I was cured. I was a yoga instructor, I did vippassina meditation, 3 years of psychotherapy, tones and tones of healing work and 7 years of antidepressants. I eventually weaned off antidepressants and found my depression coming back. I didn’t want to return to the old path and thankfully my sister introduced me to heartmath. This is such a powerful tool. I absolutely love it and cannot recommend it enough. I am going through an extremely challenging time at present with my husband and four other family members experiencing serious health challenges and despite the magnitude of everything, I am able to stay ontop of depression thanks to heartmath. My heart is overflowing with gratitude to the heartmath team ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love this Keeps me on track Can measure all the way back to the start of my coherence journey Since coherence is the “bomb” for all things good in the body and mind , this is the most important piece of anything I own. It is training me to know when I am in and out of coherence and it is very satisfying to see all of my sessions and results lined up . Terrific . Taken my practice to a whole new level

Inner balance is absolute amazing ness it keeps you feeling calm, clear and refreshed I totally recommend this for everyone! I love how you can write in a journal and practice breathing and to make you feel comfortable I do this every night. Everyone should do the is even if they don’t like meditations.😁😁😁

I love the inner Balance app because it helps me start my day the right way- living from my heart. The head always takes over once the day gets busy so starting with the heart & ending the day with the heart, is balance to me
