Sennheiser Smart Control

Really great app! It’s smooth, fast, and looks nice. Headphones are also very responsive to settings changes, but having to open the app to tweak ANC gets a bit tiring. (And I use more than just transparency/normal, so the gesture on the headphones isn’t enough) Can you please add some sort of widget to change settings like ANC? Or add support for iOS shortcuts?

The equalizer adjustment is nice and easy, all controls are easy to handle and finely the sound is the best!

This app is consistent getting worse and worse. In the beginning you had the 1 button equalizer. Worked fine. Then you added the 3 button one too for some more control. Unneeded but still worked and was buggy and you erased our presets. Now it’s only the 3 buttons with no default equalizer. No flat. No nothing and you erased our settings again too. Try to register for the cloud. You fail. Then when you try again it says the mail already has a user. Try to say you forgot your password it says no user is registered with the mail. You have to be kidding. How is it possible to mess up so badly? You make great earphones but ruin it all with the app and everything around it. It seems that you want to loose all your users. What a pity. Fix this.

Still no support for IE PRO BT, you guys are kidding.

Bug with button blue wmpty non responsive and all my preset died... horrible!! Fix it asap

I am relatively new to the Sennheiser app, having recently purchased the Momentum 4. I also have the Sony wh-1000mx3 and Bose Quiet comfort 30 ear buds. The Momentum 4 sound amazing. I like the transparency mode and adaptive noise cancellation, but it would be nice to be able to turn off ANC and just have the noise cancellation. It would be also nice to have an option to completely turn off the equalizer. Lastly the Bose and Sony apps both show what is playing while the Sennheiser app does not. Maybe these can be added in a software update.

Won’t connect. Claims my Bluetooth is not on when it is. Useless

Got a pair of HD450bts and they’re not pairing. Tried all the FAQs, turned my phone off, cleared all past connections on the headset, forgot pairing on my iPhones pairing, app will not recognize my headphones that are already connected to the phone via Bluetooth.

App couldn’t find my headphones. I know that the headphones are working so,,,
