Sennheiser Smart Control

IPhone 11, latest version of app, Momentum True Wireless 2 The headphones easily connect to the smartphone via BT. But when I try to set them in the app, I can see them on the screen, tap on them and them they become connected for a second and then disconnected. So I cannot connect to them via the app though the app sees them. Everything worked fine last year, but now with the latest version it stopped. Please fix it.

The app finds headphones, but can't connect to them

Все прекрасно работает и с айфоном и с айпадом .

Нет никаких заявленных в мануале настроек для наушников HD450, вообще ничего кроме эквалайзера не настроить

Ужас, даже не открывается( iPad Pro

Постоянно приходится мучаться с этими наушниками. Левый наушник посстоянно не проигрывает музыку несмотря на правый. В инструкции пишут что расстояние до 30 см поддерживаетсч между левым и правым, по факту левый начинает играть когда к нему нюправый подносишь. Это ужасно. Отвратительный продукт. Заказывал из Москвы, теперь возврат вызовет неудобства отправки в Москву и тп. Не верьте блогерам, звук хороший, но это не стоит того чтобы покупать эти некачественные наушники с постоянно теряющимся ведомым левым наушником. Микрофон для звонков вообще неочем.

I am relatively new to the Sennheiser app, having recently purchased the Momentum 4. I also have the Sony wh-1000mx3 and Bose Quiet comfort 30 ear buds. The Momentum 4 sound amazing. I like the transparency mode and adaptive noise cancellation, but it would be nice to be able to turn off ANC and just have the noise cancellation. It would be also nice to have an option to completely turn off the equalizer. Lastly the Bose and Sony apps both show what is playing while the Sennheiser app does not. Maybe these can be added in a software update.

Won’t connect. Claims my Bluetooth is not on when it is. Useless

Got a pair of HD450bts and they’re not pairing. Tried all the FAQs, turned my phone off, cleared all past connections on the headset, forgot pairing on my iPhones pairing, app will not recognize my headphones that are already connected to the phone via Bluetooth.
