touch controls

please make it possible to permanently disable touch controls. i’m so annoyed by having to turn it off every single time i turn my headset on. App itself is simple and great!

Connectivity eFed up by updates

Seriously, guys, I understand that sometimes the job is not as easy as it might look but seriously… this is exactly what gives the EU the driving force to regulate IT. Having a fully functional super expensive device that is in 3 years ruined by updates is just… a bit too much.

App stopped working with Momentum 3 headphones

It seems that after the latest update, the app is having trouble connecting with Momentum 3 headphones. I have reinstalled and restarted the app multiple times, but nothing has worked. The headphones are in perfect condition and work well, but the software support of this app is lacking.

Mute button PLEASE

Please add a control for un/muting mic when on call (hold is unused?) the absence is super frustrating + what about a possibility to have ANC on when on mute?

Bad controls / options

Could you please separate the options for auto pause, auto call answer and on head detection?? I want to use the auto pause feature but I don't want the call to me automatically answered when I use the headphones and or when I am putting the headphones off my head. I want to control the phone call only on my iPhone. And also, give us the option to turn off and off the noise canceling. Not just transparency but simple turn off noise cancelation. Thanks. I have the momentum 4.

HD450 not connecting

The app states that HD450BT are supposed to be supported but even if I follow all the steps, I wasn't able to get the app to find them.

Worst application I've ever used

This application is what makes me regret buying Sennheiser headphones. It is slow, laggy, doesn't connect to the headphones half of the time and is so frustrating to use.

Issue with turning itself on is fixed.

Sluchátka zahrají jakoukoli hudbu. Vyzkoušel jsem různé, jsem u konce s hledáním. Appka taky velmi dobrá. Nic navíc, nic nechybí.
