the equalizer is probably the worst I’ve ever used and the app has to be reopened every time I power on my headphones

Very bad
Now my PXC 550 can’t connect anymore to the app. Please investigate and fix the issue! After the last update everything work fine.
Very good
A lot of settings, good sound quality as expected from sennheiser. I gave 4 stars for the app because it doesnt remember if transparency was previous selected before connecting again with the headphones, hope this will be solved with an update.
Bad headphones
HD 480BT have a white noise when you watch Youtube or when the sound is low. Even with the firmware upgrade.
Connect
Now i can’t connect momentul tw3 to the app. Please repaort this problem. Thx.

Your last update has a problem !
After update I can not connect my sennheiser true wireless ear buds. I ve reset the app, I ve done all the steps and the app does not connect with the headset..
Latest update broken
Lost devices stored, did not connect to any device. Headphone reset had to do it 4-7 times to make them work again. After setting up again, could not receive audio to de iPhone were it was setup (hence multiple resets, remove from bluetooth devices, app uninstall/re-install ). Device: Momentum 4, used with iPhone 13 Pro Max Momentum 4 fw 2.9.12, no new fw update although is mentioning in the release notes.
Ambeo Max
After 2 days the app is not working properly. I have to uninstall it then it works for 2 days.The problem is that it doesn’t see the Soundbar. For this reason I will return the Ambeo Max.To bad that they don’t solve the app problems. Update: the app now instead to see my ambeo max soundbar is showing me the xerox printer!!! This is such a crap,you pay 2000$ for a soundbar and the app is not working.
