Laggy and kind of pointless.

Who on earth wants to update an app everytime you open it? And then wait an hour for it too do its thing, just so that not even 48 hours later have to repeat the same thing? Stick with AirPods team.
Getting there
I have to say the app has improved a lot over the past year or so, but would really like to be able to use it on a PC or a MAC as it is really hard to tune the features of this app on a computer eithout it.
I apologise for my last review they are working again 😅

The app is just generally slow and laggy even on an iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 pro
Yep buggy
Actually more the soundbar than the app, raised an issue on the Ambeo soundbar in April that it seemed to be crashing, limited response and no updates to firmware for months. Also does funny cliping noises on the Apple TV. I had thought Sennheiser was a premium product. When it works the sound is good though.
Momentum TW 3 buds failed 3x in 9 months
Have been loyal to the brand for almost a decade as they have always made high quality durable equipment. Purchased this pair, failed after 2-3 months, replaced, same again 2 months later, replaced, just failed again this week. It's a joke, when new they are the in ear buds I've owned. But every time after 2-3months the chirping starts, the bass drops, Bluetooth connection intermittent, people I'm on the phone to can't hear me, the adaptive noise cancelling basically just turns them into $2 shop headphones. Have tried all there troubleshooting processes, which are just 'reset the device', 'ensure latest software installed' etc. really disappointing. Going to make my 4th warranty claim on these, will be getting a refund instead of replacement. Lost a loyal customer
Dissatisfaction plus
Once upon a time I could preset an equalizer to my liking which was incredible. But the app keeps telling me my Bluetooth is deactivated... which it isn't!!
Latest with updated personalisation
The latest smart app is very buggy on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The app crashes 99% of the time whilst performing the sound personalisation procedure at various points in the procedure. I have also noted that the headphone home screen, some items are displaced. For instance the transparency button. It's taken me 15 minutes to complete the personalise procedure. 😀
