Use wedely instead
8 out of 10 times foods is cold and also I often get the wrong command, so I pay for something I don’t get, I’ll tell to poeple to use Wedely instead of Wolt because with Wedely I NEVER had any issue bye bye Wolt !
Worst food delivery app
The app provides inaccurate opening hours and delivery times, making it unreliable. Additionally, some restaurants listed as halal are not actually halal. If you want a seamless food delivery experience, come to Dubai habibi. They set a much higher standard.
Beste Lieferungsapp bisher
Alles läuft reibungslos und unkompliziert, man kann überall bestellen und bezahlen. Das Angebot von Restaurants ist riesig! Was mir mehr gefällt? Das kleine Auto das auf dem Map zeigt, wo das Essen in Echtzeit sich befindet 👍.

what's the point???
it's annoying to see ads for this app DAILY when they don't even deliver outside of lux city.
ALWAYS LATE AND WRONG ITEMS
In the beginning, all the orders went perfectly. But since a few months, the deliveries are ALWAYS delayed at least 30minutes more than panned. The items are 75% of the time wrong ! And the chat support is not answering the questions you ask. At least they pay you back when something is missing (that's why the second star is there).
Slow delivery, cold food, bad customer service
Wolt started great when it came to Luxembourg, and I was using it frequently that I even started using their Wolt+ subscription. However, lately, it all went downhill, almost every order I place now gets bundled with other deliveries getting the dreaded “The courier is currently delivering earlier orders” message, resulting in orders arriving way too late, and food becoming cold and stale. I’m cancelling wolt+ and deleting the app never to use them again, and I encourage everyone do the same.
