Scammy service
They manipulate prices person to person. Buying Wolt+ will put you on some kind of a list of people who you can charge more money. My orders now are constantly 2-4€ more than person in same location. Also discounts and delivery fees increase immediately after subscribing to Wolt+

Too many ads
Unbearable amount of first party ads, for an app that is far from free. Given the amount Wolt charges to the merchants and the fees they charge to the customers, getting monetized by ads leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.

Terrible Service – Wrong Delivery, No Refund!
I ordered food for €34 through Wolt, using the automatically detected address in the app. However, the order was delivered to a completely different location! When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund my money or offer any real help. This was entirely their system’s fault, yet I was the one who had to suffer the loss. Absolutely unacceptable service. Beware – if something goes wrong, they won’t take responsibility! I won’t be using Wolt again.
Poor servise of delivery !
It is clear that the employees clearly lack training. Not everyone understands how to deliver food. Periodically, the food arrives slightly warm, the pizza can be squeezed to one side, as if the box was transported vertically. 😐
Steadily becoming worse
Wolt’s best attribute has always been customer service and I give them props for that, however the slowly increasing costs are really making me reconsider my wolt+ subscription. A meal that costs 11 euros at McDonalds will end up costing you 17.60 Euros in app, BEFORE delivery and their absolutely made up “service fee”. Why am I getting charged for a separate “service fee” when the individual product prices are already inflated? If you’re gonna charge me way above market price at least be honest with me.
Great app!
Great solution of a trusted delivery service agregator, working in many European countries. Easy to use, quick and fair support. After 5+ years of a frequent usage I can’t say any bad word.
