Tapo labai klaidinantis app, anksčiau buvo paprasta ir patogu, dabar nesinori naudotis…
Nerekomenduoju. Naudokites Bolt programele
Atsiunčiau Wolt’a, gavau kreditus, pabandžiau užsisakyti maisto ir vis nepavykdavo, 22:05 padariau paskutinį bandymą, po ko pamačiau, kad restoranas užsidarė 22:06, nors turėjo dirbti iki 00:00. Parašiau į support’ą, kur man pasakė, kad užblokuoja kreditus. Niekad daugiau nesinaudosiu šita programėle, geriau rinksiuos Bolt’a, jums taip pat rekomenduoju:)

I doubt that if real people would rate this app it would be as positive. Food is always cold and late, same opinions all around and here this trash app is “loved by everyone”. Sure
When will they change?
This company is becoming terrible. There has not been a time that I received my order without food being cold, a spilled drink or something not missing. Every single time the food is delivered by some foreigners who don’t speak neither Lithuanian nor English. Their couriers are missing basic human interaction skills, sometimes even throwing food on the ground for you. When you contact the support they keep giving you Wolt credits back, but when will they realise that it’s not about getting a refund, but receiving the food in a proper and edible condition. If you are a food delivery company, you have one job - how hard is it to train new people to do the job properly and at least tell them that it’s custom to hand food to people and not throw it on the ground. Definitely not using this service ever again as it has been going on for way too long now and nothing changes.

If you want to wait your order more than hour, and if you will contact to support they can say only sorry… less than one star
Has gone downhill
Used to be good and fast service with good customer support, but now seems to be gone downhill. Customer support ignores what you are saying and live in their little imaginary world. Estimations are horrible, food always late BY A LOT regardless that you pay premium for their wolt+ Will be cancelling membership and deleting account
Dont use wolt+
Asked for a refund for wolt+ got it was super happy just for them to take it away again and my subscription did not continue and when i complained they ignored me, thank you wolt!
