Balanced variety of restaurants. English translation is faaar better on the App compared to Foodora. The graphics and general user interface is just a great experience. I like how the delivery tracking appears.

WORST APP! Your food will not get delivered to you. Ordered once - didn’t get the order. They then gave me credit and I ordered again and I didn’t receive my order, AGAIN!!! don’t use Wolt. Their couriers are clueless and won’t even phone to check

לא רק שלוקחים 18 שקל דמי משלוח ועוד 2 שקל דמי תפעול. ההזמנה מתעכבת ואז גם ״נגנבת״ לשליחה, מקווה שהיה לה טעים לפחות. טעויות בהזמנות בלי סוף.

They almost always late and the customer service is hell! Just use Yango and save yourself some time and a lot of anger.

Horrible user experience, the app looks easy to use but prepare yourself for an exhausting goose chase after food quality, expiration, wrong deliveries and a range of other issues. All against the customer support representative of choice that would make you wish you didn’t order to begin with. ברמה האישית, אני מעדיף לקבל כדור בשתי הרגליים ולרוץ במרתון תל אביב מאשר להתנהל מול שירות הלקוחות של וולט בכל צורה שהיא. חוויה מזעזעת, לא ממליץ, לכו על משהו אחר ותקוו שזה לא נורא כמו פה.

The worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. They disrespect the client, including the client’s time and money. Mostly don’t give a f. I won’t use them again.

Best experience ever - a must App for every person

היה לי עיכוב של חצי שעה עם המשלוח, על אף שחזרתי מספר רב מאוד של פעמים שאין באפשרותי להמתין למשלוח עקב **תור לרופא** לא הייתה כלל התייחסות חוץ מהאמירה שהשליח כמה דק אצלי. החוויה הייתה מאוד!! מאוד!! לא נעימה. אני לא צריכה להתחנן לביטול משלוח עקב פאשלה. אני מבינה, קורים טעויות וכולנו בני אדם. אבל אני חושבת שהיה ניתן להתחשב מעט יותר. בסופו של דבר אמרתי לה שאפילו לא צריך החזר שרק תבטל את המשלוח כי אני לא אהיה בבית. שום דבר. שום התייחסות. ״השליח כבר אצלך״. הוא לא היה כבר אצלי. 0/0 על החוויה.
