Very disappointing customer service The app is very misleading, I was overcharged and its been a month I’m still chasing for my money and no one cares to respond

If your missing anything from your order, or receive a bad or wrong order… tuff luck! They don’t respond or reply.

Cheaper than Uber

Hiding where to cancel subscription. Absolutely not easy to find. Understandable. You make money with us. But make it easy. I’m not in the country all year long.

And their ads are related to politics which is really not professional

The points one earns are not easily visible and insufficient information on how to use them. I only came across them by chance the day after departure Dubai. Ideally there should be a prompt in the booking a ride payment page asking if you want to redeem any points for that booking as found on many other apps. The validity is rather short especially as many tourists use this and are unlikely to return within a month or 2. Furthermore most tourists won’t have accounts in middle eastern countries. The points should be able to be refunded into the credit card or whatever account the funds are usually billed to

This new updated version so many bugs are there, and you have no where to submit the problems

Ordered from a restaurant “La Mensa Restaurant”through Careem. Restaurant delivery estimation was in an hr and a half. Waited 1.5hrs. Received nothing. Called the restaurant, apparently my order was ineligible because I was outside of their delivery services. Called Careem. They cancelled my order and nothing else? Doesn't take back the TIME I wasted waiting for my order that was never being made - why did the restaurant ‘La Mensa Restaurant’ not cancel my order within the first 5 min of my order if ineligible? Ridiculous. Dont order through this restaurant and Careem does nothing to compensate for errors on their behalf.

I have tried disconnecting my card from your app but you guys are still charging me!! It needs to be simpler to cancel your Careem plus service. U go into manage payment and there is no cancel! This is unacceptable for a an app your size! The only way seems to be to call my bank to block you guys from my account. Overall very unprofessional from you guys. Do better!
