Don’t know which company UPS outsource this App development. But it’s on of worst logistics App that I have used. These days even high school kids can design better App with more intelligent functions, navigation and ease of use.

UPS Import and Delivery Service is a full of dissatisfaction and will lead to disappointment. They have terrible service and will charge you unnecessarily. The brokerage and finance team are not reachable once you’re billed. Terrible and disgusting ups is, my suggestion is to select your local post always. Never UPS. They are going to be penalised in the court of law for their corruption and fraud.

Crashing and crashing

The most irresponsible and disgusting application/ company to run mail service! Leaves the packages carelessly anywhere but the mentioned address m. Experience ld this tao times in a row! If theere could be any more less stars to review I would’ve given them that!! And whenever we try to contact the services or talk to an agent they never respond with a compatible reply amd hang up without leaving the package information! Way too bas service just hate it!

The app is ridiculous. Every time I try to create an account, they tell me the account already exists. When I try to log in, they say the account is invalid. Even the company itself, is taking nearly three weeks to deliver my package. When I attempted to contact them with the number provided on the website and the app, the number is claimed as non-existant. If I attempt to email them, the form in which the complaint is filed makes it seem whether the email will not even be considered. Horrible service, I don’t recommend this company and would not hire its services again.

This app brings shame to this company... And the delivery very poor ... package simply sitting 1 day at every transit location... “Please check DHL ... how fast they are working.. “

Slowest delivery! Stationery shops in my area delivers faster than them.

Only thing that works in the app is tracking. Every other thing you click on gives you an error message. Been trying to add driver directions for well over a year since the drivers can’t even read a sign with directions. Was hoping they’d notice it in the app or maybe they’re handheld is in multiple languages. Not every company gives the option to pay extra to use a more reliable carrier like F*dEx or US Post to avoid the hassles of dealing with a cut rate shipping company. Stuck with them I guess.
