Used to work but now just shows a white screen and then crashes after 10 seconds. What gives?
Idiot App
Ask for tracking but end with no reason. Bad service ever
So I expected UPS to provide more excellence here. When I try to track a shipment, the app crashes and I’m taken to my iOS home screen. I retried several times but it’s the same again and again. I attempted to reach “App Support” via the link in the App Store. It leads to a page at the UPS website which says “Page not found”. 😖 Am on iOS 15.4 / iPh12. Hope that UPS can look into this. Thanks.
From downloading this app, register & trying to track my parcel, took me almost 20 minutes still unable to get what I want! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Bad UI
Super glad how the app is easy, efficient and seamless to use now. I can now track the estimated delivery window/time of my parcel and I also get notifications about my shipments. Thanks for the improvements, UPS!
So I went ahead to download this app only to see it was rated 1 star with someone who reviewed it negatively and I’m starting to get worried on whether my shipment would come. So if can, please someone help me on what I should do. My phone number is as follows: +60163692504
I NOT RECOMMEND u guys to use this couriers. My item pos from Hong Kong 19/7/17 and said it arrives on 21/7/17, but not arrives! Then I call customer service twice to make confirmation! They say will send on 22/7/17 before 1pm. Fine I wait at my address. Still not arrives! Now today 12pm already and Monday 24/7/17 still not arrives! Call again customer service they "promise" again to send it before 6pm! U think I'm gonna believe and trust UPS again???!!! No!!!
