Woebot is so much better than I thought an app like this could be. It’s funny, useful and structured approach to helping build skills to support mental health and exercises to practise these skills and work through difficult moments and thoughts is great. I’ve been having depressed feelings and this app has been a great resource in my toolbox towards feeling better

Woebot offers a lot of great tools for a variety of contexts of dealing with emotions and relationships within a reasonably wide scope of contexts. It's also not intrusive, presenting material succinctly and leading users on logic journies relevant to many life situations.

I love this app. It helps you to offload. There’s lots of tools and options in it that I still didn’t have the chance to try. But even couple of minutes of Woebot a day makes you feel refreshed and vented. You only need to stick to the standard daily chat to have your boost of confidence for the day. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Even if you re not feeling stressed. It teaches a new way of life.

I love the Woebot App! It has helped me when I’m feeling down or anxious by providing ways to keep calm and understanding how unhelpful negative thoughts can be challenged. This results in feeling much better- just in five to ten minutes! You can also choose to work on a specific problem you may have. The friendly bot is always ready to talk - even at 2am in the morning!

This app is so cute and fun and really is amazing at introducing different cognitive concepts and techniques to understand yourself and improve your mindset (if you want)! It’s not a needy app like others I’ve tried before; there’s low pressure to use. I always just use it whenever I need a pick me up or I want to learn more about myself. Fantastic app; well worth the download.
